Few of the farmer catch their Tilapia , as they know it well, the price now is not good as their expected, so they would like to keep them in the pond, and as in South China, the weather still hot, good for Tilapia's growth.

At the same time, the processing plants are in frustrated situation,the order is not enough, but they still need to pay for the worker even they just need to do nothing at home, just waiting for the call from processing plants.

In this situation,some farmer decide not to raise Tilapia anymore, so processing plant was close for lack of enough order in a long term。
